As we all know, Christmas is the season of giving, and senior Kelsey Ford did just that over this Christmas holiday. At Jackson Academy, students are encouraged to reach out and help others in our community, and Kelsey goes above and beyond. With being an accent and senior leader of the volleyball team, she still manages to give back to her community with frequent trips to Stewpot, organizing clothes drives, and volunteering at a nursing home. She enjoys volunteering because “Volunteering makes me happy. Seeing how it can make someone feel is one of the greatest joys and it warms my heart!”
