Makin’ Mac with McKenna

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. People will start preparing food for their families, so here is a recipe to a six cheese baked macaroni help with the cooking.
Ingredients:
-6 cups uncooked pasta
-1 stick butter
-4 tablespoon all-purpose flour
-2 cups milk
-1 egg
-1 cup heavy whipping cream
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp garlic power
-1/2 tsp smoked Hungarian Paprika
-4 cups shredded cheese (smoked Gouda, Havarti, sharp white cheddar, parmigiano reggiano, mild cheddar, and monterey jack)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt butter.
3. Stir butter in flour, cook the mixture for 60 seconds while constantly stirring.
4. Add in half and half along with heavy cream and continue to stir periodically while on high heat.
5. Once the mixture comes to a boil and thicken, mix in the egg (thoroughly).
6. Fold in cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and sour cream.
7. Mix with the cooked pasta and pour into a baking dish and top with more shredded cheese, smoking paprika and fresh chopped ltalian parsley.
8. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
9. Enjoy warm!
