New Year, New Me

With the new year of 2020, there comes new things and endless possibilities different from last year. Many people, by tradition, create resolutions for the year. The traditions can date back all the way to the time of the Babylonians, and yet it is still being carried on. Resolutions are basically when a person wishes to resolve to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their lives. Here are our New Year’s Resolutions:

Ishmam Bhuiyan:
1. Achieving a composite score of 28 on the ACT
2. Getting a driver’s permit
3. Parents paying for my Toyota RAV 4
4. Receiving 100 Victory Royales on Fortnite Battle Royale
5. Ask out my crush

Ian Roberson:
1. Making better grades in all classes

2. Improving my skill level at karate
3. Working out more and growing stronger
4. Not stressing out too much
5. Learning the guitar
